GSA Contract Holder - Schedule 84 - Builders' Hardware and Specialty Company is now a contract holder for the General Services Administration Federal Supply Service via Schedule 84 – Total Solutions for Law Enforcement, Security, Facility Management Systems, Fire, Rescue, Special Purpose Clothing, Marine Crafe and Emergency/Disaster Repsonse.

Pennsylvania Department of General Services "COSTARS"
We are very proud to announce that Builders' Hardware and Specialty Company is now an authorized supplier of the COSTARS cooperative purchasing program. The COSTARS program provides Pennsylvania based municipalities a variety of choices and competitive pricing in fulfilling their infrastructure rehabilitation and other purchasing needs, while at the same time, eliminating the expensive costs of public bidding procedures. It is managed by the Department of General Services (DGS), which authorizes "Local Public Procurement Units" (LPPUs) and state-affiliated entities purchasing capabilities for supplies and services. COSTARS provides the registered LPPUs, state affiliated entities, and suppliers an invaluable tool to find and do business with each other effectively through the use of "COSTARS-exclusive contracts" established by DGS.

Builders' Hardware and Specialty Company has been a Stanley Full Line Authorized Distributor for 41 years. Now Builders' Hardware is authorized to sell these products directly to the end user. Effective January 1, 2013 Stanley Security Soltiuons will discontinue direct sales of all Products. After that date, Builders' Hardware and Specialty Company will represent Stanley Security Solutiuons and be able to service all of your stanley product needs.
